Important Information About Opening a New Account at TopLine
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
When you open an account at TopLine we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.

CU vs BanksBecoming a member is for life
Membership in TopLine Financial Credit Union is available to anyone who lives, works, worships, attends school or volunteers in Anoka, Benton, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, Pine, Ramsey, Scott, Sherburne, Washington or Wright counties in Minnesota, as well as employees and retirees of Anoka Hennepin School District #11, Anoka Technical College, Federal Premium Ammunition, Hoffman Enclosures, Inc., GRACO, Inc., and their subsidiaries. Immediate family members of existing members* are also eligible for membership. But with new membership comes lifetime eligibility. At TopLine, once you're a member, you're always a member.
*An immediate family member is defined as a grandparent, parent, spouse, sibling, child, grandchild or roommate. In the case of roommates, a single economic unit must be maintained (i.e., pay bills together, etc.).
All TopLine savings accounts, money markets and share certificates are federally insured up to at least $250,000, and
IRAs are insured for an additional $250,000 by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).
